1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GTO Poker AI software and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install GTO Poker AI on your personal Android device or emulator
• Use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features corresponding to your active subscription tier

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, redistribute or create derivative works based on the software.

3. Subscription and Payment

Access to GTO Poker AI requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are processed via Telegram and governed by the fuel-based pricing model described on our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Activation keys are issued per-account and may not be shared or transferred
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Subscriptions may be terminated for violations of these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GTO Poker AI only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
• Share, sell or distribute your activation key to third parties
• Use the software to manipulate or defraud other players in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures in the software
• Use the software in any way that violates the terms of the poker platforms you use

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in GTO Poker AI, including the software, algorithms, documentation and branding, are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The GTO Poker AI name, logo and associated marks are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

GTO Poker AI is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The software will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
• Use of the software will result in improved poker results or profitability
• The software will not be detectable by any poker platform

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GTO Poker AI at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via Telegram. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal dispute resolution.
